Hello Everyone, 

We started the delivery of the bags. We shipped some of the Midnight Blue Bags today and sent the tracking information, all of the blue bags will be shipped this week. We are delivering straight from the factory to your doorstep to save time. 

If you have ordered the Midnight Blue color, you should receive the tracking from [email protected] this week (by November 6). If you don't please reach out.

I will post an update each time we start shipping a different color.

A thing or two with Delivery Update!

Hello Everyone, We hope you are all doing well. In past weeks we have been sharing regular updates, and we are grateful for the support we received from you.

There were some delays due to:

• Not having a fulfillment partner (Our previous partners are not operating anymore)
• Doing everything on our own (Figured this is the quickest way to deliver the bags now)
• Streamlining the logistics

Things we achieved:

• Started from scratch after the lockdown and managed to make the bag better than original 
• Processed the premium leather without outside help 
• We will be able to deliver anywhere in the world from now on

We are glad to announce that we will start sending the tracking information this Friday the 30th of October. The bags are ready to go but due to customs, we will deliver in segments. Everyone should receive an email with a tracking number from [email protected]. 

The delivery time will depend on your location, color, zipper choice, and local customs. If you don't receive any tracking number by November 20th, 2020, please contact us.

Final Production Update- (Estimated Delivery Date)

Hello Everyone, We hope you are all doing well. Past weeks we have been sharing regular updates, and we are grateful for the support we received from you.

This will be our final update before we start the delivery process. We will not post any updates until we have the tracking numbers for all the delivery.

Things we dealt with so far:

• One of our factories closed down, and we still could not reopen that facility
  
• The production facility and crew members are entirely changed since we started the campaign
  
• Our original suppliers and logistics partners are non-existent at this point
  

Things we have achieved:

• We opened a new facility with better pieces of equipment and more qualified crew members
  
• We did the whole tanning on our own without any third-party support
  
• We manufactured the accessorieson our own, that will be used in the bag
  

All of these are huge milestones for us, and we were able to reach those because of your support and our commitment to you. We assure you the bag will be totally worth the wait.

Having said all that, we are happy to inform you that we will be able to start the delivery process from October 9th, 2020; if we are not effected by any other unforeseen circumstances. We will deliver the bags directly to you without using any fulfillment support.

The delivery time will depend on your location, color, zipper choice, and local customs. Everyone should receive their "Versatile Leather Bag" by November 9th, 2020.

Week Ending August 14- Update

We don't have many updates this week. We are still waiting for customs clearance; we are hoping the package will be released sometime this week.

Next Tuesday, we will be able to provide an estimated start of the delivery date.

Week Ending August 07- Update

Hello Everyone,

We hope you are all doing well. I apologize for the late update. We have mixed news this week.

The blocks:

• We had the Eid holiday at the beginning of the week
• One of our parcels with accessories is stuck in customs (Not usual, this is due to pandemic)

Once the package is released from the customs, we will be able to give you an estimated delivery date. Rest assured we are trying our best every day. 

The Progress:

• Accessories manufactured and are ready to be assembled
• Leather processing is done, ready to go for production
