Update & Delays due to Pandemic

Hi Everyone,
Thank you for being our valuable backer. As our backers, you should be updated about the current situation.
We were well on track to deliver the bags by May 2020. The tanning process was almost finished before the order of lockdown came into effect. As of now, we still need about 55 days of work to complete the production. We tried everything in our capacity to keep the production rolling, but it is not possible right now.
Note: To be transparent, we will not be able to offer any refund because we invested all the funds raised through the campaign in production and marketing.
This is one of those scenarios where we are literally helpless! Please kindly be patient with us. Rest assured, we will deliver the bags as soon as everything is operational.
Our Plans:
We are a bootstrapped company, but we did not want that to stop us from helping others. We made an executive decision that for now, we will only focus on helping people in need. As a result, we are stopping all of our future expansion plans until further resources become available. We are and will be struggling as a business, but we are pleased to contribute to our society.
We started to work with The Bowery Mission in New York to help our homeless community. Check our first initiative:

Look out for an email with the BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
